Every piece is made to order: rings are sized to your finger, and chains and bracelets to the length you choose. If you are between sizes, or unsure about a metal or a stone, write to us before ordering and we will help you get it right. It is always easier to get it right before we make it than after.
Every piece is marked with its true metal purity (10k, 14k or 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, 950 platinum). Where a gemstone has been treated to improve its color or clarity, we say so. Natural and lab-grown diamonds are always labeled as what they are, so you know exactly which one you are buying. If something is not written on the page, ask us before you order.
Yes. Up to eight letters, engraved by hand, which is why the piece takes a little longer to make. Engraved and personalized pieces are made only for you and cannot be cancelled once production has started, so please check the spelling and the details before you order.
Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is confirmed, and engraved pieces take longer. Your estimated production and ship dates are confirmed at checkout, and a tracking number is emailed to you the day your order ships. Packaging is plain and unmarked, with a neutral sender name on the label and no invoice inside. Import duties and taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are not included in the price.
All sales are final, and because every piece is made to order and often personalised, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. You can cancel any order for a full refund before it ships. If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear.
